Vampires
Strengths:
1) Immortal
2) Don't need to sleep or breathe
3) Super human strength, speed, intelligence, senses, etc.)
4) Skin like stone, therefore amazing regenerative properties
5) Ability to "transfix" humans
Weaknesses:
1) Can be hurt and killed by sun, holy water/ holy ground, fire
2) Must have continual access to blood to stay strong
Limitations:
1) Cannot have children
2) Humans can only be changed into vampires by having their blood completely drained and then being fed vampire blood
Werewolves
Strengths:
1) Can change at will into a wolf
2) Heightened senses, strength, agility, etc. when in wolf form)
3) Can have children (lycanthopy is passed to descendants)
4) Can eat normal food (instead of being reliant on blood like vampires)
5) Can go out in daylight
6) Can pass for humans
7) Very fast healing powers
Weaknesses:
1) Can be hurt by silver bullets, wolfs bane, and fire
2) When in wolf form, slightly less intelligent as animal instinct dominates
3) Age as humans do
Limitations:
1) Disease can only be passed onto non-carriers through a bite or scratch from a fully morphed werewolf, also the chances of contracting the disease are about 50/50. Transformation (unless said otherwise by an admin) takes up to three days. One day for the wound to heal, one day for the aggression and enhanced senses to kick in and the third day you begin feeling crazy, before wolfing out.
2) During the full moon werewolves are forced to morph and lose their minds, having heightened rage and turning themselves over to the animal inside they become unpredictable and vicious
